Terms of Service

Dexter provides the following services:

• Token Swaps: Execute cryptocurrency trades on Solana and supported chains via Jupiter aggregator
• Portfolio Management: View wallet balances, token holdings, and performance metrics
• Token Research: Access security audits, holder data, social links, and market analytics
• Price Data: Real-time and historical price charts, OHLCV data from Birdeye
• On-chain Identity: ERC-8004 identity verification and wallet linking
• Perpetual Trading: Integration with Hyperliquid for leveraged trading
• AI Assistance: Natural language interface for trading operations

To use Dexter, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the service from, a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• Not be on any sanctions list or otherwise prohibited from using financial services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Custody of Funds:

• You maintain full custody and control of your cryptocurrency assets
• Dexter uses managed wallets that keep your signing keys secure and separate from AI processing
• You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and recovery phrases
• We cannot recover lost funds due to lost credentials or user error

Transaction Confirmation:

• All transactions require your explicit confirmation before execution
• You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming
• Once confirmed, blockchain transactions are irreversible

Compliance:

• You are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes
• You must comply with all laws regarding cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction
• You will not use Dexter for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities

Cryptocurrency Risks:

• Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and can decrease significantly in value
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Leveraged trading (perpetuals) amplifies both gains and losses

Technology Risks:

• Blockchain networks may experience congestion, outages, or failures
• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• Token prices and data may be delayed or inaccurate
• AI responses may contain errors or misunderstandings

No Financial Advice:

Dexter does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Information provided is for informational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

You may not use Dexter to:

• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or other fraudulent activities
• Circumvent sanctions or trade with prohibited parties
• Launder money or finance terrorism
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use automated systems to abuse the service (excessive API calls, scraping)
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Dexter is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service
• We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service, including trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to Dexter in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party services, smart contracts, or blockchain network failures

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dexter Intelligence DAO LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Dexter if you:

• Violate these Terms or any applicable laws
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Pose a security risk to the service or other users
• Fail to provide accurate information when required

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use and requesting account deletion. Note that blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be reversed upon termination.

Dexter, including its branding, interface, and underlying technology, is the property of Dexter Intelligence DAO LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your use of Dexter does not grant you any ownership rights in the service.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Arbitration: Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Dexter after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the service.
